課程概述

This course provides demonstrations, supervision, and practice for the student to master fundamental nursing skills, and understand the basic professional nursing process through lecture and clinical practicum in which students practice basic nursing skills on each other or teaching model. The course is required for undergraduate students in the second year of study. 

課程目標
 The aims of the course were as follows:
1. To learn basic nursing concepts and knowledge to evaluate patients' biopsychosocial need of care
2. To apply communication theories and techniques to establish therapeutic relationships with both the patients and the carers
3. To apply fundamental nursing concepts and techniques in nursing care
4. To initially utilise nursing process to help patients meet their need of care
5. To enhance the understanding and acknowledgements toward nursing profession
6. To formulate professional nursing attitudes 
課程要求
 In-lab prcticum: 30%
Clinical practicum: 70%

示範模型保養方法/量手套尺寸
14:00-15:30/ 15:30-17:00 病人隱私之維護、具同理心與關懷之醫護溝通練習。床上沐浴(請自備毛巾)、更衣、口腔護理、便盆使用
14:00-15:30/ 15:30-17:00 各組練習八重模型拆解+會陰沖洗
 
第3週
 3/08  13:00-15:00 生命徵象測量
15:00-17:00 洗手、無菌技術(打開、遞無菌物及戴無菌手套)及穿脫隔離衣
 
第4週
 3/15  13:00-13:30 預防針扎 DVD
13:30-17:00 藥物稀釋及抽藥、肌肉/皮下/皮內注射
法(模型演練)
 
第5週
 3/22  13:00-17:00 IV catheter insertion (靜脈留置管路)、
抽血(模型演練)+ 大量點滴之準備與護理
13:00-17:00 導尿(留置及單次)、留置尿管的護理、
尿壺及尿套使用塞劑、小量灌腸
鼻胃管灌食及留置護理

 3/29  13:00-17:00 IV catheter insertion (靜脈留置管路)、抽血(模型演練)+ 大量點滴之準備與護理
13:00-17:00 導尿(留置及單次)、留置尿管的護理、
尿壺及尿套使用塞劑、小量灌腸
鼻胃管灌食及留置護理 
第8週
 4/12  13:00-13:30 搬運病人與約束法示範
13:30-15:15 肌肉/皮內注射法(同學互打)
拍痰、姿位引流
15:15-17:00 氧氣與霧氣療法、抽痰法 
第9週
 4/19  病歷與護理資訊系統
遺體護理 VR (1 小時)
抽血(真人互抽)、傷口換藥(1 小時)
