課程概述 |
The course is designed to help students integrate their concepts of basic medical and nursing in clinical setting, in order to increase their clinical nursing competence and experiences. |
|
課程目標 |
At the end of the semester, students should be able to:
(1). have an awareness of the patients’ needs and nursing characteristics of the ward;
(2). participate in total nursing care and provide care for clients as a nursing professional;
(3). to learn critical thinking and problem solving ability independently to deal with the health problem of clients;
(4). deeply explore the health problem of clients and develop a case report;
(5). self evaluate the working efficacy and look forward improvement;
(6). understand the value of nursing profession and develop own belief in nursing

課程要求 |
課程學分：3學分，每週20小時
課程時間：103年11月13日~ 104年01月08日
課程介紹：103年11月13日9:10 am（地點：護理系館一四樓會議室）
病房介紹：103年11月18日8am（地點：各別選習病房）
實習時間：103年11月18日~ 103年12月31日
實習時間為週二及週三全天、週四上午，每週以5個半天為原則。若因個案需求，在學生事先與指導老師及護理長討論獲得同意之後，當週可以調整實習時間至三整天。
實習科別與單位分配是依學生興趣、經驗及指導教師專長予以排定，每位同學實習期間以同時照顧2-3位病人為原則（不要超過三位）。建議時實習第三週開始照顧2位病人，第五週開始3位病人，得依病房專科特性與實習指導教師及病房護理長討論後，而增減照顧個案人數。
