課程概述 |
精神衛生護理學強調人類反應，包含生理、心理、認知、行為、社會及靈性等層面及其彼此之間的動態關係。課程內容引導同學認識專業知識，了解精神衛生護理是幫助自我功能失調、精神層面障礙的個案，學習調適自我，發揮具有的潛能，以減輕症狀的困擾，增加於家庭與社區之生活適應。精神衛生護理人員的角色則涵蓋精神急、慢性期護理，急診精神護理，及社區精神衛生護理。
The course is for senior college students to have basic nursing concepts and skills to care for people with common metal disorders and major psychiatric illness. Students will be required to attend the class and practicum courses to understand fundamental communication skills and nursing interventions towards people with mental illness in the hospitals and community. |

課程目標 |
本課程之設計，使學生能夠：
1. 認識精神衛生護理人員在醫療團隊中的角色及功能
2. 認識精神衛生護理人員於急慢性病房、急診及社區三級預防的專業角色及功能
3. 認識精神衛生護理的相關法律議題與倫理考量
4. 認識精神疾病及其治療
5. 認識溝通技巧及人際關係理論
6. 認識精神衛生護理的相關概念及應用
7. 了解團體心理治療、危機治療、環境治療及個別心理治療模式
8. 了解人在各發展階段的適應，精神衛生問題及其護理
The aim of this course is to help students:
1. Know the roles and functions of the psychiatric nurses in different settings
2. Know the fundamental psyhciatric nursing skills and concepts of nursing care
3. Know the mental health law and ethical considerations
4. Be familiar with common mental disorders and its major treatment
5. Know communication skills and interpersonal theories and apply these to clinical and community patients
6. Understand the models of individual or team psychotherapy, crisis interventions, milieu therapy, and other contemprary therapy approaches
7. Understand patient need and their mental health problems of people in different developmental stages |
