課程概述 |
本課程為物理治療學系學生之必修課程之一，以神經科疾患之物理治療評估與介入課程內容，培養學生人文關懷與服務倫理，養成物理治療專業能力。並藉由小組互動練習、文獻選讀等自主學習教學活動培養學生團隊合作、批判思考與終身學習之核心能力。並以實作方式學會神經物理治療個案的基本評估與介入的技巧。 |

課程目標 |
在結束本全年之課程後，學生應能
1. 以自主學習方式(含課前預習、文獻選讀、提問討論)了解神經物理治療個案的基本評估與介入概念(認知與態度層面)
2. 以實作方式學會神經物理治療個案的基本評估與介入的技巧(技巧與態度層面)
a. 分組團隊練習方式培養學生實際施行評估與介入治療的能力
b. 培養仔細觀察、注重安全、良好溝通的技能
3. 習得基本神經物理治療相關評估與治療技術內容如下：
a. 臨床決策模式架構與三大基本臨床治療模式(任務取向模式、神經誘發模式、肌肉再教育)之觀念與技術
b. 各類神經疾病之適當的物理評估與治療重點，含非進行性神經疾病如腦中風、頭部外傷、脊髓損傷等；進行性神經疾病如小腦病變、多發性硬化症、運動神經元疾病等；以及週邊神經系統疾病如基藍巴瑞氏症、周邊神經損傷、前庭系統病變等等。
c. 老人物理治療與長期照護之概念。
