Course Description |
本課程包括臨床推理與實證職能治療兩部份
臨床推理:將介紹臨床推理的概念及各種臨床推理技巧,並以實例說明及練習來幫助學生學習,如何以全人的觀點來認識個案並擬定適當的治療方案,包括個案之資料收集、理論之應用及資料之組織與解釋等。
實證職能治療:有實證依據的臨床處置為現今醫療照護的趨勢與訴求,職能治療的專業倫理也要求職能治療師應該揉合實證於日常臨床實務之中,以提供有效、符合最新專業知能的服務。本課程講授實證職能治療相關學識與技能,配合臨床實例與個案討論,冀能培養學生執行實證職能治療之基本能力。 |
Course Objective |
學生修習本課程後,將能夠以全人的觀點瞭解個案,整合個人、環境與職能表現三方面的資訊,推理出個案的問題癥結,並針對個案的職能參與障礙,提供其一個有效的整合性的治療。
本課程以訓練學生成為以實證基礎的臨床工作者為目標,在修習完本課程之後,學生應具備以下的能力:
1.理解實證職能治療的定義與內涵
2.熟悉職能治療相關科學實證的資源與搜尋
3.評鑑職能治療實證的基礎能力
4.整合臨床推理過程,應用實證於臨床個案 |
