課程概述 |
Introduction to administrative and managerial issues related to the profession including supervision styles and structures of management, directing and controlling subordinates program planning methods, financial management, marketing the service, evaluating the quality of service, communication line and the legal and regulatory influence in OT practice. |
課程目標 |
1) Explain the meaning of supervision and its components.
2) Identify various management styles and organizational behaviors.
3) Describe the procedures for planning of a OT clinic.
4) Identify the elements of quality assurance and communication in an organization.
5) Understand the legal and regulatory influence on OT practice |
