課程概述

The overall goal of this class is to facilitate research abilities and to help doctoral students in developing their own research. Each student will present in the class an overview of their recent work on one interested topic, critique methodology of previous research, identify gap in the literature, and propose a research idea to fill the gap. Moreover, it is required for students to present their study in English in order to enhance their ability to conduct an oral presentation in international conferences. 

課程目標
 At the end of the course, the students will be able to:

1. Evaluate and integrate research papers with efficiency
2. Develop critical thinking ability.
3. Demonstrate the ability to construct a research proposal.
4. Translating nursing concepts to research.
5. Conducting an oral presentation in English
 
課程要求
 English will be the main language for students and mentors during class and discussions. The students will be required to read the document uploaded by designated presenters before one week of the class to facilitate discussion. In addition, students will be encouraged to raise questions in response to the presenters' talk.
