The course aims to introduce students about knowledge in cellular metabolisms for nucleic acid, such as DNA topology, repair, recombination, mutation and RNA metabolism. Students are expected to understand the fundamental mechanism of nucleic acid metabolism and its implications in biology. Knowledge about molecular techniques and approaches for research will also be included.
