口腔結構與功能主要講述口腔顎顏面組織之結構與功能，包括（1）牙齒之結構與功能，（2）口腔黏膜之結構與功能，（3）口腔解剖學，（4）牙齒之發育、生長與萌牙，（5）口腔胚胎學，（6）口腔顎顏面之生長與發育，（7）牙周病，（8）口腔生態學與齲齒，和（9）臨床牙醫學等 |
