Course Objective |
課程定位: 分子生物學技術, 為實驗室內可運用之基礎課程。主要課程內容是介紹近代分子生物學技術層面之發展,以及在實驗室常用的分子生物學技術之基本原理、方法。因此,本課程著重在實際一般實驗操作過程中可能會應用到的技術,操作過程可能會遇到的問題。
教學目標: 本課程目的在使學生了解分子生物學之基本操作方法及原理,例如基因之選殖、表現、載體之製備、基因轉殖動物之建立等。
核心能力: 學生修習本課程後,對分子生物學之基本操作方法及原理應有基本之了解,並在實驗室實際操作過程能加以運用,避免錯誤,增加實驗成功之效率。
