Course Description |
訊息傳遞學是研究訊息如何自細胞外移動到細胞內的科學,訊息傳遞可以是單純受體與配體的結合,離子通道,或造成電位的改變;較複雜的訊息傳遞為配體與受體結合後,引致細胞內大量事件發生,牽涉到Tyrosine kinase或Serine/threonine kinase等之磷酸化現象。口腔疾病中口腔癌為最被廣為研究之領域,了解癌細胞之訊息傳遞可能為未來治療口腔癌之方向。 |
Course Objective |
了解訊息傳遞學之定義及分類,細胞膜上受體類別之介紹與功能,包括RTKs(Receptor tyrosine kinases)之功能與蛋白區段PTKs(Non-Receptor Protein Tyrosine kinases)之種類與基因調控功能。另外RSTKs(Receptor Serinel Threonine Kinases),NRSTKs(Non-Receptor Serinel Threonine Kinases),如PKA(cAMP-Dependent Protein Kinase)及PKC(Protein Kinase C)等;G-Protein Coupled Receptors,還有於訊息傳遞時Phospholipases與Phospholipids 之角色,在口腔癌中目前之研究、報告、文獻或立論等。
