課程概述 |
This is an introductory course of translational medicine, a highly interdisciplinary subject aimed to improve the healthcare system by combining a wide range of expertise and resources and by bridging the gap between technologies/basic sciences and clinical medicine.
This course has been approved to be an in-person course. |

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to
1. understand the unmet clinical needs
2. develop devices/methods/technologies to solve existing problems in healthcare |

To enroll for this course, the student must have earned at least two credits in one of the following college-level courses:
1. Physics
2. Biochemistry
3. Engineering mathematics
4. Introduction to computer science |
