課程概述 |
This course is designed as the introduction course for automatic control. It focuses on the so called classical control techniques, such as the root-locus method, Bode diagram and Nyquist criterion.
At the beginning, we will introduce the concepts of systems and the mathematical descriptions of systems. Then we will discuss the characteristics of feedback systems. Finally we will learn some useful techniques, such as root-locus and Bode plots, to analyze system stability and performance.
After the course, the students are expected to have a solid understand about
systems, models, and classical control methods. For further study, students are encouraged to attend advanced courses, such as Linear Control Systems and Robust Control, e.t.c. |
