課程概述	The course covers the following topics 1. Electromagnetic (EM) fields and Maxwell’s Equations 2. EM Wave Equation – Mathematic and Physical Meanings 3. EM Wave Propagation 4. EM Wave in Layered Media and Complex Waves 5. EM Radiation and Dyadic Green’s Function 6. Some Important EM Theory (Uniqueness, Equivalence, Imaging, Duality, Reciprocity, Babinet’s Principle) 7. EM Scattering with Approximation Techniques 8. EM Research Topics and Term Projects
課程目標	Course Objectives: Students will be equipped with the following three aspects in the end of this course: 1. Clarify and integrate the EM fundamental concepts 2. Learn the advanced EM theorems and mathematic methods 3. Expand the scope of EM-related knowledge and research/application topics
