課程概述 |
The concepts of dynamics, feedback, and stability for understanding complex systems of interest to chemical engineers will be delivered. The major goal of this course is to teach students to analyze dynamic chemical processes and develop automatic control strategies to operate them safely and economically. |
課程目標 |
After taking this course, students will (1) develop dynamic mathematical process models that will help in the analysis, design, and operation of control systems; (2) understand how the basic components of control systems work; and (3) design and tune feedback controllers. |
