課程概述 |
Academic English Writing introduces students to the writing conventions of research journal articles and touches upon conference presentation skills. |
|
課程目標 |
This course aims to develop students' competence in academic writing and presenting a research paper. Upon the completion of the course, students will be able to: 1) identify the moves and steps in research paper writing; 2)apply these moves and steps to their own writing; and 3) give presentations on their own research. |
|
課程要求 |
Students are expected to attend lectures, participate in class discussions, corroborate with their peers in individual and group writing tasks, and give an oral presentation on topis of their own choice. |
