課程概述 |
本課程從感測器系統架構和量測器性能之介紹出發,逐步探討各式感測器原理、感測器結構設計與其應用。上課同學必須依據課程進度安排事先研讀教科書,上課時逐句翻譯課文內容,不足與不清楚部分將由授課老師補充。每學期都有一個感測器設計專題,由同學依據要求設計出一種感測器系統並提出數種可能之用途。除設計專題之外還有文獻研讀,將研讀結果寫成書面報告,並在期末進行口頭報告。
