課程概述 |
The course introduces the basic physics of semiconductor material, p-n diode, and efficiency loss mechanism of solar cells and methods to improve the conversion efficiency with Si solar cell as an example. The course also includes manufacturing process of solar cells and solar modules. Other types of solar cell technologies are covered, such as thin film solar cells, concentrated solar cells etc. Solar system is discussed as well as its applications. The course also talks about the government policy in solar cell industry. |

太陽能電池發電作為可再生能源,將成為未來能源的重要組成。學生們將通過本課程學習到太陽能電池發電技術的基本原理,系統組成,及其應用。同時也會學到提高太陽能電池光電轉換效率的挑戰,以及目前太陽能電池系統裡存在的問題,激發同學們的思考和創新。 |
