Class participation |

Attend the class and have discussions with your classmates for some class exercises. Be active in class by asking questions and giving your opinions. |

Homework |

Show what you have learned in your portfolio on each topic by taking notes in class, jotting down new/complex vocabulary, making practice sentences, etc. Be creative! |
3. |
Team Presentation |
20% |
Form a MIXED team of at most 3 people. In the team, you need different genders, majors, and years. From Week 4, one team will be completely in charge of the third hour. During that hour, the team will take the role as a teacher to facilitate activities and conversations with covered topics from previous classes for reinforcement of knowledge and gaining leadership skills. This is to demonstrate the communication abilities learned along the way. The team can hold any creative activities or games to review one of the covered topics. |

Other Tea Evaluation |

From your team presentation, each student will give scores (-5 to 5) to your team based on the creativity of the presentation. |

From your team presentation, you will give points (-5 to 5) to your teammates according to their contribution to this project. |

At the end of each class, you need to submit the attendance/feedback form online.

Final Exam |

Each team will give a 15-minute TedTalk. Each team member should be given equal talk time. The speaker should convey their ideas and give their own opinions about the chosen topic, which will be chosen from what you have learnt in this semester. Make sure you use a variety of the targeted vocabulary and expressions in your TedTalk. |
