This course will cover the following topics:
- Overview of Reaction Engineering
- Fundamentals of Reaction Engineering: A Brief Review
- Heterogeneous (Catalytic) Reactions
- Diffusion and Reactions
- Non-Isothermal Reactors
- Non-Ideal Flow Reactors

This course is designed to introduce students the fundamental and reactor design of chemical kinetics, which include surface kinetics of heterogeneous catalysis, effect of diffusion on surface reactions, non-isothermal reactors, and non-ideal flow reactor. |
