課程概述 |
本課程介紹使用電腦軟體工具Aspen Plus 及 Aspen Plus Dynamics,由較簡單的個別程序單元如:加熱器、反應器、驟沸器、分相槽、吸收塔、及蒸餾塔開始,學習建構各單元的穩態及動態模式,然後建構包括迴流之多程序單元的穩態及動態模式,直至能夠建構整廠的穩態及動態製程。課程中亦會介紹程序設計以及程序控制各重要觀念,以應用在實際化工程序。
This course teaches students to use Aspen Plus and Aspen Plus Dynamics to simulation various chemical processes. All fundamental knowledge to simulate, design and control of chemical process will be reviewed. Each student needs to independently complete three case studies, including a single-unit, a multi-unit, and a plant-wide chemical process. There will be three oral presentations and a final written report for each student. |

經此課程學習使得學生能夠利用電腦軟體工具Aspen Plus 及 Aspen Plus Dynamics 來模擬各類化工程序,然後能夠進一步設計出最佳化的製程,以及能夠設計出整廠的控制策略。
