課程概述 |
人類基因體圖譜的完成為醫療科技的發展帶來重要的衝擊與契機,個人化醫學的藍圖逐漸
浮現,微小化、智慧化、高通量化與遠距化是技術的共同發展趨勢,感測技術與元件的發
展在生醫檢測上扮演著關鍵零組件的角色,是本課程所希望探討的重點。課程內容將側重
於化學感測器相關之研究。課程中將針對生醫感測器之需求與問題進行簡介,希望同學能
瞭解微感測元件之目的在於探知生醫系統反應(基因、蛋白質、細胞、組織等)並據以進行
診斷、監測與治療,生醫微製造技術(BioMEMS)的發展在協助實現上述之目的。 |
課程目標 |
使同學能經由課程設計與文獻導讀,瞭解研發之動機與發展之思路歷程,引導出創新與突
破之契機。 |
課程要求 |
按時完成文獻閱讀與作業 參與課程討論與分享。 |
