Course Description |
第一階段重於在介紹生物高分子之基本特性及如何將這些生物高分子應用於醫療器材及日常生活之使用。第二階段實施整合性課程,包括化工擴散理論及釋放系統(溫度、酸鹼、光、磁力及機械刺激)之介紹與探討,讓學生認知生物分子在各式載體裡面之擴散情形及對抗癌藥物及一些慢性病藥物(如胰島素等)之介紹及釋放藥物之機制,最後對於藥物載體之數學模式推導加以演練及計算,並透過論文討論的互動教學方式讓學生從最新的研究中去了解應該如何建構自己的基礎知識。 |
Course Objective |
使非醫藥學系的學生具備基礎生物高分子及藥物釋放之知識,並將化學工程之輸送現象與醫藥化學進行跨領域融合,使學生具備自行延伸跨領域知識的基本能力,支援跨領域研究上的實際需要。 |
