課程概述 |
Microoganisms are everywhere. Do you want to know how they impact human beings? In this course, we will bring you into the world of microorganisms. Through learning the structures, metabolism, genetics and taxonomy of different microorganisms, you can get basic knowledge on how different microorganisms grow and develop. In addition, you will learn how different types of microorganisms function and influence our daily life. Don't hesitate. Come and join us to enjoy the wonder of the microbial world. |
課程目標 |
The course aims to help students get acquainted with a wide range of microorganisms, including virus, archaea, bacteria, fungi and protists. Students taking this course will acquire background knowledge of microbiology, which can then be applied to different microbe-associated tasks. The course could become cornerstone to success when students would like to develop their career in the life science/biotechnology-related fields. |
