課程概述 |
Overview the stem cells, such as somatic stem cells and pluripotent stem cells, as well as introduce to basic biology and mechanisms of stem cell self-renewal and differentiation, establishment of animal models for human diseases, stem cell therapy and ethic concern. |
課程目標 |
Transfer the knowledge related to embryonic, fetal and somatic stem cells, as well as their application in regenerative medicine for human disease. |
