課程概述 |
本課程為一學分，每週三小時，實驗單元包括，圖書館資源之查詢及利用、培養基之製備與滅菌、細菌的分離、顯微鏡的使用、細菌的染色、細菌的生長測定、細菌生化活性的測定、物理因子對細菌生長影響之測定、抗生素敏感性測定、突變株之篩選、真菌產孢之觀察、真菌細胞之計數、噬菌體的培養與效價測定、細菌基因體核酸之萃取，以及洋菜膠體電泳分析等。學期成績主要由實驗報告及期末考試為依據。 |

課程目標 |
本課程以學習微生物學研究之基本技術為目標，除了包涵文獻之查詢及利用，相關技術原理之介紹，並經由實際之實驗操作，訓練學生微生物研究之基本技術。 |
