課程概述 |
This course will introduce the physiological characteristics, nutritional requirements, and common nutritional issues at various stages of life. It will cover dietary guidelines, the Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) for the population, and findings from national nutrition surveys. Additionally, the basic principles of dietary planning will be discussed to provide a comprehensive understanding of nutrition across the lifespan. |

Students will understand the physiological characteristics of each life stage and learn how to adjust diets according to the needs and nutritional status of each stage. |

This course is designed for undergraduate and graduate students. Each student is expected to actively participate in class, engage fully with the instructor, and contribute their insights during discussions. |
