課程目標
 1.To understand the legislative spirit and meaning of environmental impact assessment.
2.To explain and describe the outline and key-point of each chapter of environmental impact statement.
3.To improve and enhance the capability to write, investigate and monitor the relevant items of environmental impact assessment process in the future.
