課程概述 |
本課程旨在幫助碩博士生奠定學術英文寫作的基礎。
主要透過介紹學術寫作五大文體的類型與原則,協助學生藉此於其專業領域結合,並將所學的文章架構運用於研究論文IMRD(Introduction, Methodology, Result, Discussion)等項目的撰寫。 |
課程目標 |
本課程將協助學生掌握基本學術英文字彙、英文文法與修辭、英文段落與篇章寫作策略。
由此三大面向引導學生掌握撰寫學術英文的思維,以及閱讀與發表英文論文的能力。 |
課程要求 |
1.Students are required to attend all classes. No more than three excused are permitted.
2.Active participation in class discussions is required.
3.Quizzes and a comprehensive final exam are included in this course. No make-up quizzes/exam will be allowed.
4.Writing assignments are carefully scheduled as stages toward the fulfillment of the course’s objectives. Late assignments will not be accepted.
