課程概述 |
本課程涵蓋植物組織培養的基本原理與操作原則。
適合未來有志從事，植物分子生理、植物二次代謝生產、植物繁殖與種源保存等研究的，大三以上與研究所學生修習。

課程目標 |
讓學生瞭解植物組織培養基本原理與操作原則 ，並能自行尋找資料解決實際操作可能發生的問題 。 主要授課焦點包括:實驗設施與養分製備; 無菌操作技術; 微體繁殖技術; 細胞懸浮培養與二次代謝物之生產; 生產單倍體植物; 原生質體之分離與融合; 體細胞變異; 種源保存等。 |
