課程概述 |
Object: The course will be executed with Myxomycetes (plasmodial slime molds) where we established a barcoding pipeline over the last five years. We would like to share our experiences and think that this can be useful for establishing similar approaches for other groups of organisms.
Organization: Most lectures are online; some parts are practical exercises on the computer and in the lab. The course lectures are given in English by Prof. Martin Schnittler, University of Greifswald, Germany. |

課程目標 |
Sharing knowledge for establishing a high-throughput barcode pipeline with any group of eukaryotic organisms. The main point is to optimize the steps needed (sampling; DNA extraction; Primer design; PCR, purification and sequencing; sequence editing; alignment and genotype identification; multiBLAST; phylogenetic analysis). |
