課程概述 |
Electrochemistry covers fields ranging from electrolytes and electrodes to the function of nerves and brain in our body. Electrochemical systems are ubiquitous; in particular, electrochemical devices including batteries and fuel cells are replacing/supporting conventional engines to efficiently power vehicles. This course will focus on the fundamentals of electrochemistry including thermodynamics, electrode kinetics, and transport. The application of electrochemistry in energy systems, biology, and materials science will be discussed. |
