課程概述 |
如何將我們感官無法察覺的化學分子、生化反應藉由分子識別與傳感器技術轉換為可輕易判讀的數位訊號是一門相當有趣且實用的科技知識,這門知識我們稱之為生物感測器(biosensors)。生物感測技術目前已廣泛地應用於血糖、膽固醇、尿酸、血氧、離子感測器等感測器IVD商品與產業上,許多新興研究與專利技術更專注於蛋白質生物標記(biomarkers)、DNA/RNA基因檢測、單分子技術、細胞檢測以及生物晶片微量全分析(u-TAS)等次世代分子診斷技術以其為人們提供更為準確、快速與便利的健康照護。同時,生物感測技術亦應用於環境與程序的監控應用上,尤其是與智慧裝置、穿戴裝置以及IoT的整合潛力,微型生物感測器將在未來人工智能應用於化學、生化識別上扮演著不可或缺的角色。因此全球與台灣均有許多新興公司或部門因應生物感測技術而生,並日益茁壯。
為提供從事相關領域研究之大學部專題生與研究生以及對生物感測領域發展有濃厚興趣之學生獲得厚實的生物感測基礎知識能力。本學年生物分子感測原理與應用將採用Brian R. Eggins所撰寫之Chemical Sensors and Biosensors(Wiley)教科書作為基本教材。期中以前講授感測導論、傳感器元件(含電化學式、電子式與光學式元件)、分子識別材料與感測性能指標等生物分子感測原理;期中以後講授電化學/電子式生物感測器、光學生物感測器、質量與熱學生物感測器以及特用生化感測器等應用部分。除教科書外,課程亦會補充授課教師自編講義、精選教學影片、進階教材與近期文獻,以及藉由學習單、學習評量和學生seminar設計充實同學的學習。讓同學在修課期間與修課後能感受到自身在生物感測研究課題研發應用知識與能力之提升。

一、讓修課同學獲得以下生物感測學理與知識:
1. 生物感測領域專有名詞
2. 常見待測分子與其生物應用意義
3. 信號傳導模式與感測方法
4. 選擇性與專一性分子識別原理
5. 表面化學(固定化技術)與感測器製程
6. 生物感測響應特徵與性能指標
7. 生物感測器實務與系統研發
二、讓修課同學具備以下生物感測研發應用能力
1. 基礎電化學、電子式與光學式生物感測器設計能力
2. 生物感測系統特徵分析與性能評估、改進能力
3. 針對特定生物分子設計生物感測全方位解決方案能力

課程要求 |
1. 限大三以上學生與研究生
2. 修課同學宜有實驗專題配合(即從事生物、化學感測研究之專題生與研究生優先)
3. 課前須預習教科書與補充資料
4. 本課程為跨領域整合應用課程,雖無預修科目限制,但此課程會涉及部分物理化學、生物化學、微積分/工數、電子學、反應動力學與擴散方程式、電化學、工程材料、儀器分析等背景知識。修課過程中,授課教師會視情況補充教材,惟修課同學仍須藉由自修與文獻閱讀,強化背景知識。
