課程概述

This course is intended primarily for non-accounting majors. The course begins with an introduction to accounting terminology, accounting procedures, and the primary financial statements. The remaining class sessions are devoted to an in-depth discussion of the accounting for important components of financial statements (e.g., inventories, long-term obligations), followed by a detailed introduction to the analysis of financial statements. 

課程目標
 This course is intended primarily for non-accounting majors. The course begins with an introduction to accounting terminology, accounting procedures, and the primary financial statements. The remaining class sessions are devoted to an in-depth discussion of the accounting for important components of financial statements (e.g., inventories, long-term obligations), followed by a detailed introduction to the analysis of financial statements. 
課程要求
 1.修習本課程的同學在課前應就相關主題先行預習，上課注意聽講，課程中將就所討論問題抽點同學回答，同學若能主動提出問題及參與討論更佳。
2.本課程修習人數眾多，為維持上課秩序及教學成效，上課將排定座位。凡缺席三次以上(由抽點，發考卷或其他方式記錄)者一律不得參加期末考。
3.上課務必準時出席，切忌遲到早退或無故缺席。
4.考試作弊者一律以零分計算，其情節嚴重者送校查辦。
