課程概述	本課程探討企業理財決策，包括財務報表分析、資本預算、實質選擇權、企業融資、股利政策、購併、財務危機等課題。
課程目標	使學生能充分瞭解企業理財關鍵，培養財務決策的能力。
課程要求	Class preparation and participation are major components of this course. Students are expected to read the textbook and relevant course materials and come prepared to discuss them. Students will be randomly chosen to lead discussion in the assigned topics and should expect to be cold-called. Lack of preparation will affect your grades.
