本課程探討企業理財決策，包括財
務報表分析、資本預算、實質選擇
權、企業融資、股利政策、購併、
財務危機等課題。 |

培養財務決策的能力。 |

課程要求 |
Class preparation and participation are major components of this course. Students are expected to read the textbook and relevant course materials and come prepared to discuss them. Students will be randomly chosen to lead discussion in the assigned topics and should expect to be cold-called. Lack of preparation will affect your grades.
Students should work on weekly assignments in teams of three members. Only one homework report should be submitted per team. The names of all team members should appear clearly on the front page of the report. The report should be limited to three pages, although additional exhibits may be included when necessary. Upload your work directly to the course website by11:59 pm, Snday before the class.
Form your team as early as possible. I will help you with any difficulty in finding your partners. The first assignment is due on Fedruary 20, 2009. Please note that there will be a peer evaluation at the end of the semester.
