This course is an undergraduate level financial management course. It is designed to provide a framework for understanding the theories and practices of corporate finance. The contents covered in this course include financial decision making, basic valuation, investment decision rules, risk-return relation, capital structure, payout policy, long-term financing, and other special topics. |
