課程概述 |
This course is designed for junior students at the Department of Finance with the aim of familiarizing them with aspects of business management. We will go through topics including management theories, management process, organizational issues, and business functions. The course will conclude with a contemplation on the relationships between what a business and its managers play and the society at large. |

課程目標 |
Course participants are expected to have been developing their financial management expertise, while the course will help them gain a broader picture as to how a business is run, what defines a good manager, and which functions interplay with finance in a business. |
|
課程要求 |
1. Form your team of 5~7 participants and name the team leader by Sep. 26.
2. Choose and fix your seat in the classroom (from Sep. 26 on).
3. Participate actively, both in the class and in the group.
4. Hand in the assignments on time and make preparations before each session.
5. Assignments will be given at least 14 days before the due time; term project requirements will be announced at least 28 days before the due time.
