課程目標 |
This course is designed for junior students at the Department of Finance with the aim of familiarizing them with aspects of business management. Course participants are expected to have been developing their financial management expertise, while the course will help them gain a broader picture as to how a business is run, what defines a good manager, and which functions interplay with finance in a business. In this light, we will go through topics including management theories, management process, organizational issues, and business functions. The course will conclude with a contemplation on the relationships between what a business and its managers play and the society at large. |
課程要求 |
1. Choose and fix your seat in the classroom (from Sep. 21 on).
2. Form your team of 5~7 participants and name the team leader by Sep. 28.
3. Participate actively, both in the classroom and in the group.
4. Term project requirements will be announced at least 28 days before the due time.
5. Lecture files in PPT format will be downloadable for the registered participants at https://ceiba.ntu.edu.tw/981businessmanagemen.
