課程概述

Strategic Management, as a required course, is designed to study the processes of strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation for business organizations. This course will provide frameworks and tools for industry-level competition analysis and firm-level situation analysis. Class participants will apply what they learn to strategic decision making at both business level and corporate level. (Taught in Mandarin; 中文授課) 

課程目標
 1. Guide participants to analyze competitive industry environment for business organizations;
2. Familiarize participants with strategy analysis, formulation, and implementation through case studies;
3. Conduct a research project on a business strategic planning and practice written and oral communication skills.
