The purpose of this course is to provide the students with in-depth understanding of organizational leadership and corporate governance. In recent years, facing with ever-increasing competition, business organizations need to enhance its leadership capacity. Traditional governance structure is being challenged by investors’ community as well as new regulations. Understanding of corporate leadership and governance structure and their relationship is necessary to improve the organizational competitiveness. This course attempts to integrate the knowledge in leadership and governance for the students to have more comprehensive understanding of these two subjects.
