課程概述 |
本課程試圖從不同面向來介紹資訊科技對組織的影響，嘗試以不同的研究觀點，來探討資訊科技對組織發展、組織變革的衝擊。 |

課程目標 |
本課程主要目標是：讓同學們能夠瞭解資訊科技對企業的影響，探詢組織變革、組織發展的各種研究途徑，並透過課程討論與報告，培養同學們的問題分析與邏輯推理能力。 |
