課程概述 |
Service science is an emerging research topic that has not yet had an agreed upon definition, boundary, and research methodology. This semester the service science seminar focus on reading discussion on the general topic of artificial intelligence and service. |

The goal is to familiarize students with the most recent readings and the current technological progress of various AI applications in service. |
