課程概述 |
The objective of our IM 7079 course is to provide graduate students with a better foundation and overview of business strategies and technologies for electronic commerce. |
|
課程目標 |
This course will provide you with an analytical and technical framework to understand the emerging world of e-commerce and will be divided into two domains:
• Economic: revenue models, marketing and advertising, business-to-business activities, social networking, legal, ethical and tax issues.
• Technological: Internet infrastructure, network security, payment systems, and web analytic.

課程要求 |
As IM 7079 students you will be responsible for reading various text chapters and related articles to better understand both the economic and technological aspects of e-commerce. Homework and group projects will help you gain hands-on experiences on various topics that may be valuable for your future carrier. |
