課程概述

本課程為專修「組織行為」之博士班學生設計,以研討與實做方式處理以下議題:
1. 如何確定自己在「組織行為」領域之研究興趣?
2. 如何選定在「組織行為」領域之研究議題?
3. 如何選定在「組織行為」領域之核心理論?
4. 如何搜尋「組織行為」領域之相關文獻?
5. 如何進行「組織行為」領域之文獻整理與評析?
6. 如何撰寫「組織行為」領域之文獻回顧? 

課程目標
1. 訓練博士班學生對「組織行為」領域之相關議題知識的基本掌握。
2. 訓練博士班學生在「組織行為」領域之基本研究能力,特別是研讀、評析、與整理文獻的能力。
3. 訓練博士班學生在「組織行為」領域之基本學術寫作能力。 
課程要求
Student participation is an integral part of this course. No exams will be conducted, grading will be solely based upon participation in all class activities, including assignments.
Students will be instructed to identify and present review papers to the class, as models for learning. The presenter should prepare quality materials (e.g., slides), sufficiently cover the assigned materials, and lead subsequent discussions. Non-presenting students may be “cold” called to offer comments or critique. Each student then has to decide on a topic to complete a literature review and present his/her own review to the class.
