課程概述 |
本課程包含原理解說與實際操作,針對空氣、水、食物、檢體等介質中之環境污染物,說明檢測技術知識並安排實際檢驗操作。
This course contains both lectures of theories and experiments. The course explains the techniques on analyzing environmental contaminants in air, water, food, and biospecimens, and arranges hands-on operations. |
課程目標 |
學生可瞭解樣本前處理技術與儀器分析如何應用於環境污染物量測,並回答公共衛生環境監測、暴露評估、風險評估之議題。
Students will learn principles and experiences on determining environmental contaminants with the applications of sample preparation and instrumental analysis, and answer questions on environmental monitoring, exposure assessment, and risk assessment. |
課程要求 |
閱讀課前文獻,出席並操作實驗。團體(分組)合作與課堂討論。每週繳交1-2頁實驗心得報告。參與期中和期末考。
Read relating literatures before in class; be present and engage in experiments; team work and discussion in class; submit one to two pages of experimental and learning report per week; attend mid-term and final exams. |
