課程概述 |
因應嚴重特殊傳染性肺炎疫情發展，110-1學期開學後前三週全面採遠距教學，本課程使用Webex軟體進行遠距授課，

本課程主要在介紹全面品質管理的原理原則，相關的管理演進與方法，及其在健康照護機構的實際應用，內容包含從品管圈、專案改善到服務品質模式、標竿學習、各種品質管理的模式，以及加入品質管理之實際運用的各種工具、手法及進階的應用，以及國內外健康照護機構與企業界的個案討論。
The purpose of this course is designed to introduce basic principles, theories and applications of total quality management in health care organization including topic of quality control circle, project improvement, service quality model, benchmarking and implementation model as well as tools, techniques and advanced applications in health care organization and other industries. |

課程目標 |
1.希望將品管之理論與實務相配合，讓學生經由學習能夠檢視、省思與批判；
2.可以將品管工具與技巧，應用到健康照護機構以及健康產業，來解決品質管理所面臨的問題與挑戰。

To prepare for all students in facing and solving problems and challenges of health care organizations and health industry in the future |
