Course Description |
分子流行病學研究涵蓋分子生物學和流行病學領域。本課程著重原理、應用和實作了解如何應用分子生物技術進行流行病學研究,採循序漸進方式讓學生先了解基礎微生物學、免疫學、分子生物學,接著以原理和方法應用講解如何利用分子檢測和親緣性分析探討致病原流行趨勢、來源、傳播模式,以及致病原基因特性和流行病學相關。分子檢測內容包含核苷酸和非核苷酸檢測方法;親緣性分析採分階段說明基礎定序原理、序列分析方式、至利用基因序列進行親緣性分析;本課程未包含流行病學研究設計和分析方法,此內容請參考「流行病學原理」課程。 |

1.培養學生對微生物學、免疫學、分子生物學之興趣和奠立基礎。
2.培養學生具備設計、執行、評估及改善分子檢測方法之能力。
3.培養學生具備解讀親緣性研究之能力。 |
