課程概述 |
環境因子對人體的影響因人而異，本課程以相關文獻為參考範例，針對環境基因表基因對人體的交互影響以及研究方法作討論
The interaction between genes and environmental exposures plays a major role in disease development. This course will focus on the underlying science of gene-exposure interactions and will use examples of such interactions to evaluate the investigations. Students will learn to use some related statistical tools such as PLINK, SAS, R to analyze the data as their final project. |
