The interaction between genes and environmental exposures plays a major role in disease development. This course will focus on the underlying science of gene-exposure interactions and will use examples of such interactions to evaluate the investigations. Students will learn to use some related statistical tools such as PLINK, SAS, R to analyze the data as their final project.
